I started my first ever bodybuilding style diet at 17 years old and now having young boys and girls, children that I'm ultimately starting to understand how their pallets work.

It's interesting to look back on my life and how the bodybuilding diet started for me as early

as 17 years old. I hired a bodybuilding coach and he said, hey, he's what you got to eat. And there was

no sauces allowed, no salt allowed, basically eating plain foods, no oils. And this is, I'm not

telling you to do that. I'm telling you this is what happened for me at 17.

And so I was eating egg whites with no ketchup and no salt and no whatever else people put on it.

And I was eating tuna and I was allowed to have mustard.

And I was eating chicken breast.

I was also allowed to have mustard.

Mussel was the only condiment I was allowed to have.
