And our title today is The Four Christmas Killers.

Who knows, I may improve the title after I finish, but the four things that kill Christmas for us.

And really, what comes out of this, how do I live this in an emotionally

healthy way? How do I lead for Jesus at an intense time like Christmas? So because Advent,

or the weeks before Christmas is generally a very low point spiritually for most Christian leaders.

And I know it was for me for many, many years.

And I hope you're aware, you're probably one of the many, many listeners who regularly

are tuning in here to this podcast. But we're creating a culture. What I'm doing is I'm dropping

a vision and a way of thinking in life about how might I do church culture and leadership culture

differently. But you really have to experience it a new kind of culture. And while this is giving

you a taste, we realize that people need an experience of what that looks like. So we've actually

launched an emotionally healthy leadership day for this purpose.

And actually this February 7th, we're going to have our first one,

where leaders from around the country are coming into New York City to be with our team

and hear about what are the keys and experience,

real church transformation and personal transformation.
