On the podcast, I talk a lot about sales being a performance profession, meaning that it's

Well, we can do that by doing it over and over again.

Because I see so much B player behavior.

And on a recent podcast, I asked a great sales leader, how do you know when you're talking

You know they're not listening, they're just building a story in their head and they

Everyone says role play and that does help, but you need someone else to do that.
