| 0:00.0 | Welcome back to the muscle intelligence podcast. I'm your host, Ben Pocolsky. Today we're going to talk about how the world of body transformation has completely changed forever. |
| 0:07.8 | What I'm doing with my clients and men all around the world to elicit sustainable body transformations, not just one where you hit it and you stay there for one day and then you balloon back up. |
| 0:19.1 | I'm going to teach you my exact thought process, my exact protocol. We're going to go through supplements, we're going to go through peptides, we're going to go through testing modalities, literally everything you're going to need to transform your body in 2026. Now and for the rest of your life, stay tuned, let's rock this. I've been doing body transformations for 30 years and maybe 28. |
| 0:38.3 | And I started off knowing very, very little, but still getting really good results, just |
| 0:42.3 | working people really hard. |
| 0:44.3 | So early in my bodybuilding slash fitness journey was just really focused on I'm going to work harder |
| 0:49.3 | and I'm going to eat less. |
| 0:51.3 | And unfortunately, 30 years later, there's still a lot of people out there believing that's |
| 0:55.8 | the most effective path. And there's nothing wrong with working harder and eating less, of course, |
| 0:59.7 | but it's obviously an oversimplified model that works for about 3 to 5% of the population who has |
| 1:05.2 | unduring willpower and really good genetics, let's be honest. And why doesn't that work for everybody? Because what you're ultimately doing is you're putting more stress in your body. You're saying, I want to do more work. And that's great. That's awesome. When you put more work on the system, you often exceed what you're capable of recovering from. So you put yourself into this functional deficit. You're kind of working in this deficit, this hole. You're digging a deeper ditch, so to speak. And then you're also taking away calories, which is your primary recovery method or mechanism. We take away calories. Now your sleep starts to fall through. Your stress elevates. Your mind is racing. And you're like, gosh, you know, I can't do this. I'm just not good enough to do this. I must not have the genetics. I must not have the discipline. I don't believe in myself anymore. So we stop setting goals. I know this is the |
| 1:48.5 | case for so many young men and women that they stop understanding or stop even pursuing the desire |
| 1:53.7 | to understand fixing their body, understanding their body. One of the things that I'm most inspired |
| 1:59.8 | to do in my life is to hand you |
| 2:02.0 | the operating system for your body. I'm literally in the process of writing a book right now, |
| 2:05.4 | which is some version of the operating system for your body in the 26 and beyond ecosystem. |
| 2:11.8 | Because everything has changed. In the last three years, certainly last five it started, |
| 2:16.5 | but in the last three years, everything has changed. If you're still doing an outdated model, even something you did seven to ten years ago, you're falling behind. And that doesn't mean you're not going to get great results. It just may mean that you're not doing things as effectively and efficiently as possible. What I believe we're moving into is something I'm calling man 4.0. We're moving from man 3.0 to man 4.0. And if you want to understand all the details of man 4.0, you're going to have to wait for the book. But in this podcast today, I'm going to give you some of the foundational principles, some of the foundational concepts that I'm using to ultimately help men from all around the world get the greatest results they've ever seen their |
| 2:50.9 | life in the most precise way possible. In order to understand what man 4.0 is, I think it's useful |
| 2:56.1 | to backtrack a little bit and understand man 3.0. Man 3.0 was me 10 years ago. It was the bodybuilder |
| 3:02.5 | who was doing everything right. You know, I was training really hard. I was doing cardio every day. |
| 3:07.0 | I was getting the sunshine every morning. I was doing cardio every day i was getting the sunshine |
