you have a mindset, or maybe you're being sold,

a mindset of inevitable decline, inevitable aging.

The truth is, the world has changed so much over the last five years, maybe even three years, even in the last six months.

Such that, there's no world where a man in his 40s or even his 50s should be experiencing significant decline yet.

Now, I'm not going to say that the client isn't inevitable, because it is.

There's going to be some decline, at least until science has remarkable advancements,

There's no universe where you're declining in your 30s or your 40s, or hopefully even your 50s.

And so, facing the hard reality that the bullshit story you've been selling yourself as, oh, I'm 40 years old, I'm supposed to be slowing down, I'm supposed to be getting fatter, I'm supposed to be getting weaker, no longer holds weight.
