So let's jump right into this.

One thing, so as a branch manager of one of the top branches in the nation. And before I became a branch manager,

just one of the top loan officers in the nation is I found that there was a there was a handful of

things like the superstars. We would get together and still do, get together and share ideas back and forth each other.

And a few things keeps coming up over and over and over as activity that we see these people, even before they started collaborating, these top producers

were doing these same activities.
