It really feels like summer and I know that Memorial Day weekend is typically like the unofficial start of summer in the states and there are a lot of individuals who want to get lean for the summer and then want to reverse out effectively throughout the summer because nobody likes to be dieting when you have more family barbecues and vacation and travel and |

| 1:29.1 | not wanting to undo progress, making sure that, you know, all of, or even like, how do I continue making progress |
| 1:36.9 | during a reverse because I still have body composition goals I want to achieve and I would like to maintain a body composition that I'm happy with throughout |
