your host Mike Milner and I'm back with a solo episode today. This is something that's been on my mind for a while that I wanted to talk about and there's no better platform to just get my thoughts out than this podcast.

So I wanted to talk about something as it relates to success.

And I know that success is very subjective,

but I'm going to talk about it from the perspective of fitness and also from business.

That's something that I get asked a lot about and I know we have a lot of coaches that listen to the show.

A lot of coaches ask me and I've had my business now for just over two years.

I've worked in the industry for about a decade.

Two years on my own I was working as a nutrition coach for another company for a long time

You know we just had a moral disagreement in in the direction that we wanted to go

I did not fundamentally agree with the direction that company that

I did not fundamentally agree with the direction that company decided to take things and so here we are. I have pop my company which I am incredibly proud of

and in the last two years we've grown considerably. It's been

pretty surreal to watch this whole process unfold and to be a part of it and a lot of

coaches ask me like how did I create that level of success in such a short

period of time now I you know it's funny because you know sometimes when it comes to

our own stuff we're like very subjective so for me

It's really I don't think of it as like I'm super successful with my business I I still have a lot of things that I want to accomplish I still have a lot of things that I want to accomplish. I still have a lot of growth

potential that I see for this company and for the future. But I do want to take a

minute to just appreciate how far we have come in a short period of time.

So, well, I think that from the outside looking in, other coaches and people who don't have kind of the inner look at what I've got

going on within my business probably think that it's just been all sunshines and rainbows and like this quick and it has happened quickly but that it's just been this fast linear growth process and it has been far from that and I think that there's a parallel when it comes to my
