podcast. As always I am your host Mike Milner and today I've got another solo episode for you. I'm going to talk

0:15.0

about something that I literally just posted about so if you follow me on

0:19.1

Instagram you've probably already or hopefully I shouldn't assume already read this and I'm going to talk about self-care. So this is something

0:28.7

that it's kind of one of those interesting concepts where self-care is one of the most overlooked aspects of any

0:37.7

fitness journey. I would say that maybe sleep and self-care probably go one and two on things that get just kind of glossed over.

1:33.0

And that's exactly what has happened with self-care

1:38.0

because it started out as a really important concept, and it still is.

1:42.0

It is still something that like needs to be done. You need to

1:47.1

prioritize yourself. You need to schedule time that's just for you. You need to be selfish. Like those are all things that need to happen.

1:55.7

You need to love yourself, you need to appreciate how far you've come, where you're at right now.

2:00.7

All of those things matter. matter however there seems to be this over rotation

2:06.3

on self-care which has basically brought this concept and made it a built-in excuse.

2:16.4

So an example would be if you decided that,
