Today we're going to talk about another highly requested topic

and that is Menopause in the Plant Paradox.

You know, many people who filled out the survey in my show notes

requested this topic and if you have a topic for a future episode please

fill it out and let me know and we'll get to it I promise. Okay so let's talk

about menopause and the plant paradox. So it's no secret that if you're a woman, eventually you are going to go into

menopause. And that's just a period of time when in general your ovaries will begin to stop making the hormone estrogen and also the hormone progesterone.

You'll actually stop making other hormones,

but it's important to realize that menopause is actually defined

...
