0:40.3	I have been out walking probably for 20, 25 minutes,

0:53.3	It was all about how walking is a microadventure, can be a microadventure.
0:59.3	And I was taking you along on my microadventure in real time. I am walking super early in the
1:09.7	morning well before sunrise.
1:13.1	And while I used to record the podcast every morning this early,
1:20.0	I haven't in quite some time.
1:24.2	One, because just too early.
1:27.4	I like beginning my morning with a little more of a slow roll.
1:35.3	And in the wintertime, it is super cold.
1:39.3	Can be super cold, not always. This morning it is.
1:43.3	Yesterday was 20 degrees colder than the day before.
1:46.1	Today, 10 degrees colder than yesterday.
1:49.2	It's below freezing.
1:50.9	A little bit of a wind, so it's cold.
