Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

0:27.9

to know what's real and what's BS.

0:30.7

On Biteback, my goal is to help listeners create a pleasurable relationship with food,

0:35.3

their body, and themselves, which in my opinion is the

0:38.6

fundamental secret to good health. Listen to bite back wherever you get your podcasts.

Welcome to the mom room, everybody. This is a good one. And I discovered Dr. Sue J. Ken Sagera. And honestly, I'm back on my bullshit where I don't ask people how to pronounce their names. And then I'm like, oh, I do an introduction after the fact. So I'm not going to introduce you here. But I forget to ask them how to pronounce their names, and then I'm like, I have to record the introduction and send it to my editor, and then I press record, and I go to say the person's name, and I'm like, damn it, I didn't ask them how to pronounce their name. So I'm doing my best, but I believe it is Dr. Sujay Kinsagra. That's what it's going to be today.

Anyways, how I discovered Dr. Kinsagra is he is that sleep doc on social media.

1:36.3

My sister sent me one of his TikToks because my sister's favorite pastime is sending me TikToks,

1:43.2

which is great because I don't consume a lot of

1:45.4

content, so it's nice that she kind of filters it out for me and sends me things that she thinks

1:50.0

that I would enjoy. And I don't know if you guys remember years ago, somebody left a comment on one

1:55.6

of my TikToks saying something like, oh, like, where's your degree or something like that?

2:02.2

And I did this video reply where I like was showing them all my diplomas for my degrees

2:08.4

in psychology and that like I specialized in attachment because I believe it was something to do

2:13.5

with attachment and sleep training.

2:15.5

Anyways, Dr. Sujay had a similar TikTok where somebody was like, oh, and like you know any of the

2:22.9

research.

2:23.5

And he was like, I don't just know the research.

2:26.2

I am the research.

2:27.6

And he's showing all his research papers on pediatric sleep.
