sunlight and sauna in my gym. I am so grateful. It's so good, you know, eight-ish months in a van,

And to be back in Denver, one of the best reflections that I have is that the world is

And we can really do some deep growth when we

realize that and take accountability for that but also when people are around me as much as they

are around me especially in comparison to how much I've been isolated the questions and the inquiries

and the knowledge and the things that are coming out. It's so exciting

because there are so many things that we are struggling with. And I used to call it and I still call

it, that's not normal. Like, okay, this is where you're at. This is where you want to be. But even if

it's not like the growth mindset and I'm going and I'm improving mindset, this is where you want to be, but even if it's not like the growth mindset and

I'm going and I'm improving mindset, there is a high majority of people, yourself probably

included, myself included, that tolerate a level of symptoms or a level of dysfunction

that if we faced it and really leaned into it or just had awareness

for it could drastically improve our life. And it's not the sexy transformation overnight,

sexy type of like boom, boom, boom, okay, now I'm radically changed. that's why it's not quite as fun because
