But I just more so than anything want to first do what I'm doing to myself, which is giving myself grace

and acknowledging where I'm at and the presence it takes to appreciate yourself. I was thinking

this in the bathroom today. I was like, how can we ever feel safe in our body if we don't love

every inch of it? And so much of our struggle safe in our body if we don't love every inch of it?

And so much of our struggle of loving our body is, I mean, it's a journey.

We know that we're in it most likely.

But when we think about our nervous system and kind of the nervous system regulation

words that we see and hear a lot. Like, it's just as simple

as do I love the home I'm in? Do I appreciate the home I'm in? And am I present in this home? And

so many of us are looking at what we want to do. We're feeling regret about what we did or what we

constant presence. So right now, wherever you are, presence. What is something your body has done for you

today consciously and unconsciously that you are grateful for or what are you proud of where are you

standing in your life that you didn't think you'd ever stand and recognizing that it is completely
