treating it like it's a, it obviously, it is a day, it's a holiday, but when when we think about it we typically just have one to two

meals you might have a couple um maybe it's two or three if you have a friend'sgiving but again

when we're treating those as meals rather than like two to three whole days where things can get

really carried away um because if we look at it as a day it's easy to be like like, well, I'm going to eat bad tonight, and I'm not tracking it. So I'm just going to enjoy the day and not track the day. And that was what old me used to do. I would wake up and I'm like, I know today is going to be very calorie heavy and I'm just going to do what I want. So I would wake up with the intentions of just eating
