Spencer was apprehensive about going on the record with Jennifer, citing concern for his family and

publicity. However, he did agree to speak with Jennifer, and they spoke on a recorded line.

They spoke for nearly an hour after not having talked to each other for more than two years.

This was an important conversation for Jen. For her personally, but also to hear how he
