Hey, the bird show, I want to thank the listener that DMs me because I'm a gym etiquette guy.

I want to be honest with you, teens in the gym, you guys suck.

Man, sitting on those benches the entire time, just scrolling and scrolling and scrolling

and for a guy who's been working out his whole life, just gym etiquette has changed so much

that they're little things that absolutely drive me.

Creating out people bringing in cameras, they're setting up their tripod as they're working

out.

For like Instagram, then it is actually getting in shape or being healthy.

And I got a DM from somebody yesterday that said they were in the gym and she knew this

would drive me crazy.

Some dude brought in his own length size mirror into the gym because clearly he didn't

like the angles or the reflections of the mirrors in the current gym he was working out

at.

We've brought in an over like a life site, like a major head to toe mirror into the full

body.

A full body.

Just gyms are covered in mirrors.

This whole thing is a mirror whole wall like everything is a mirror.

Yeah.

If you're in a gym and there's no good angle in any of those mirrors, it's only because

your body doesn't look good.

It's you.
