So we are about to start texting Kelly's dad here, Kelly's mom and dad are celebrating

their 35th, 35th wedding anniversary. Damn, dad is very practical, his currency is in

physical presence. So he hasn't really celebrated in past years, mom unconditional love for

her husband. You know what, hasn't really been that big a deal, but Kelly really kind

of feels like she's giving some indication here that she's like a little, a little more

acknowledgement for this big anniversary. And she wants our health to text dad and go,

dude, it's 35, 35 years, you got to do something over the top.

So I have an idea and I don't think it's unheard of for kids to help plan anniversary surprises

for their parents. So what if we went in under the guise of, hey, what do you have planned

for your anniversary? What can I do to help you execute it? So she's not telling him,

he's planting the seed and offering to be a part of the solution.

That sounds good. Sounds good to me. I did the heavy lifting you guys go now. So I think

it starts off with a hey, dad, I know your anniversary is right around the corner. It's

a big one. Do you want any help planning anything for the two of you guys? Guys good with

that? I would say exactly that. I'm just thinking where do we go if he says no? I'm actually

doing nothing. No, I'm fine. I don't think you point out because making him feel bad

about the past 34 years isn't going to get us anywhere and not pointing out that mom

seemed to be like just heartened when I told her what my husband did for our anniversary.

So I don't think you do any of that because making him feel bad isn't going to make him

it could backfire. I don't think he needs to reveal everything also if he questions it.

It could just be like her saying, I don't want to get into it, but I have some indications
