Has just arrived from Panama. He's in Texas, the great state of Texas.

We're going to start with a photograph Michael sent me of Katon Lake,

which is the major source of water for the Panama Canal,

now severely reduced.

Michael, the photograph shows a number of poles sticking up

from underneath the lake.

And at first, I thought it was an old wharf it looks like the west side of

Manhattan where on the Hudson they used to build big piers that ran out but you tell me

those are not that's not a wharf what am I looking at good day to you

Michael good day from Texas nap yeah just left Panama and I was on the Panamerica I mean I'm sorry the

Panama Canal Railway and and we got to

Masako Ganaha and I got to ride on the locomotive so we rode all the way across the

continent the entire continent of Panama, which is an intercontinental railway actually and

there's literally tens of thousands of trees sticking up over the water because

it got to in lake so low.

Now keep in mind, we didn't see tens of thousands.

When we've gone over on the airplane,

then you can see the tens of thousands.

But when we took the railway across,

you can see thousands of trees sticking up because the lake is so low.
