Hey guys, it's Pete with starting strength, giving you the rundown on everything that we have coming up for seminars.

Next seminar up is February 5th through the 7th in Wichita Falls, then April 16th through

the 18th also in Wichita Falls. For camps on the list, we have a coaching development camp this weekend,

November 22nd with Nick Delgado, and myself covering how to coach the squat and the deadlift in Orlando,

Florida. For lifting camps, we have our self-sufficient lifter camp on January 9th in

Wichita Falls. We cover the squat, the press, and the deadlift, how to film yourself properly,

and how to diagnose your own technique. We do have a squat camp on the list, December 5th in

Mootis, Connecticut that's in Central Connecticut at a Nino Strength and Conditioning. We also have

a deadlift and power clean camp on the list at starting strength Houston on January 16th. Just added a new squat and deadlift camp to the list January 23rd in

Boise, Idaho. And finally for lifting camps, we have our three lift camp this weekend, November 22nd

in Baltimore at 5 by 3 covering the squat, the bench, and the deadlift. Numerous meets on the list,

including an annoying amount of

USAW meets in Omaha at Testify Strength and Conditioning, along with a partner meet in

Baltimore in December and another strength lifting meet in Omaha. Starting strength gyms are all

open and operating where you can come in and get coaching for less than $30 a session. We continue

to add cities to the list, Cincinnati was just announced, and Boston
