Summary

Nikola Tesla was an American electrical engineer and inventor who made significant bounds in the areas of electrical applications, motors, remote controlled boats, dynamos, and the invention of alternating current motors which could power cars. To honor Tesla's contribution, Elon Musk, the head of the electric car company Tesla, named his company after the great inventor. One of the least known of Tesla's many projects was the particle accelerator, which some people have named the "Death Ray". In this story we discuss Tesla as well as the story of the legendary Ark of the Covenant, which the Jews used to terrify their enemies. It was a wooden box lined with gold which, according to biblical accounts, emitted a deadly energy source that would kill anyone who touched it. 0:35.5	beginning of a new year, 2021, but you have to listen hard to hear any church bells ringing.
0:42.1	All we can hope for is better times and a return to freedom, which sooner or later we will have to stand up for and demand.

0:58.1	Back in the early days of 1001 we brought in a guest host who was a Bible Story
1:02.3	expert who gave us three episodes,
1:04.6	one of which told the story of the Ark of the Covenant, but that's been gone from our archives for years.
1:09.8	I've always wanted to do a better job with that story and approach it from a different angle.
1:14.5	In my opinion, the Lost Arc of the Covenant, which the Bible claims to have had very unusual powers
1:19.5	when placed in the right hands, is one of the world's greatest unsolved mysteries and I found an interesting
1:24.4	tie in recently with the arc with its unusual powers and the story of inventor Nikola Tesla.
1:30.4	Both Tesla and the arc have interesting histories and both involve scientific theory.

1:37.0	And Nikola Tesla had some informed opinions about the Arc of the Covenant
