Terrorism, by remote control. Is there any protection?

Hello again, I'm Armin Alney, and this is To the Point. As President Trump demands reinstatement of his disruptive travel ban, would

it do the job it's supposed to? It's aimed at refugees and travelers from seven mostly Muslim countries,

but nearly all terrorist acts in the U.S. since 9-11, have been committed by U.S. citizens.

Furthermore, ISIS recruiters and handlers are operating remotely without anybody having to cross any borders at all.

Rather than trying to keep potential terrorists out of the country, should we focus on those who are already here?

Later on today's talking point, French politics are being shaken up by a financial scandal,

and a far-right nationalist may be leading the campaign for president.
