America's new chief executive already is in a bitter battle with the

judicial branch of government. President Trump has personally denounced a federal jurist. He's called

him a so-called judge for putting the country in peril. This, after Judge James Robart, lifted

Trump's hastily drafted travel ban on all refugees and travelers from seven mostly Muslim

countries. As the issue winds its way through the court process, will Trump have a scapegoat

to blame for any future act of terrorism? On our talking point later, from the ads to the end zone,

politics were unavoidable at yesterday's Super Bowl. First, here's the news.

Fox News before the Super Bowl, President Trump once again confounded federal Republicans not just by

defending Vladimir Putin, but by his characterization of the USA. The interviewer Bill O'Reilly said
