| 1:27.4 | continue to pray for him and for a young woman in Ankeny who's in desperate need for a kidney transplant. |
| 1:37.0 | So we offer this for her and for whoever the donor may be. |
| 1:44.6 | So we begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. |
| 1:47.0 | Our first meditation, so we're meditating on the virtue of temperance. |
| 1:56.4 | We covered prudence, justice, fortitude, now temperance, |
| 2:00.5 | the last of the human virtues. |
| 2:03.4 | But we have to remember, we have to begin by remembering |
| 2:05.8 | the prudence and temperance, they have to work together. |
| 2:11.1 | So with prudence, we begin with the end in mind and then we make every decision in light of that goal. |
| 2:19.0 | So we have to ask, will this decision help me to reach my goal or will it take me away from the goal? |
