You know, some of us out there may feel as if we are at a loss of energy.

Maybe we lost our power and the situation and an engagement.

Maybe we transferred our energy elsewhere.

Maybe we were careless of the energy.

Or maybe we are just overworked and we need some rest.

You know, we know that energy can never be destroyed, right?

It's just transferred or transformed or transmuted.

So if it can never be destroyed, it means that you always hold power in who you are.

But it's your decision in how you use your power, how you express your power, right?

Like truth.

Telling the truth is a power.

Like we live in a world these days so fake.

I saw this on Twitter.

We live in a world so fake these days where the truth offends people.

We live in a world so fake where people are scared to simply speak the truth.

Afraid that people will be upset at them for the truth.

It's a dangerous place to be.

But our power comes from being true to ourselves.

Living our life truthfully, you know, in our truth.

Being strong, courageous and who we are.

That takes being resilient, that takes strength, that takes courage, it takes power, it takes energy.

But the thing is when we express our truth, we don't expel our energy.
