Today we cultivate energy.

No energy goes wasted today.

We are learning and studying and feeling and expressing and getting closer to our essence,

illuminating our aura.

You know each one of us has a special energy to us.

That's our greatest currency.

That's what people feel.

Yeah, they see us, but I always say it's better to be felt than seen.

Especially in a world where everybody wants to be seen now.

Social media is all about being seen.

People put on a fake version of themselves just to suit everybody else, but

to plead everybody from the real opportunity to get to know their real selves because

they're scared.

Instead people feel the real me and don't like me.

How am I going to live with that?

You know, it's scary to reveal your true self and then be rejected.

It's scary, isn't it?

It's what stops a lot of us from expressing ourselves or taking that step, leading ourselves

even though we know if we lead with love, we leave with love, but cultivating good energy

is the mood for the next little while diving into our energy practices in this time.
