There's a gentle strength in this simple expression.

Sorry for being complacent.

Sorry for the doubts, sorry for the procrastination.

It could go on forever, can it?

There's so many things that we hold against ourselves.

But we have to release.

We have to let go.

Not so that we can be in the future.

So we can enjoy this present moment, be rooted, be grounded, and who we are, and understand.

Today we're going to say, sorry, sorry to self, sorry.

You know it's no surprise that we feel energy.

You know on our best of days, in our worst of days, we feel that vibration.

Sometimes that energy can be warm, sometimes that can be cold.

Sometimes we can feel as if we are light as the feather.

And then other days we feel so heavy.

And those days where we feel heavy, I feel this energy.
