Many of us wait for the "perfect time" with our health, nutrition, and fitness and life in general. But this all-or-nothing thinking—as in, "If I don't do this perfectly then it's not enough and I give up!"—rarely gets us "all." It usually gets us "nothing." So a couple things here. Number one, there is no right time. Actually there is a right time. It was 10 years ago. That was the best time or maybe even 20 or maybe even 30. So the best time, second best time is now and there will never be a time where life slows down so that you can get your shit handled.
