So many years ago when I joined Toastmasters, now in case you don't know what Toysmasters

is, it's kind of like a non-profit organization. They've clubs all over the world. You could go

there and improve your communication skill and your public speaking skills. So at the time,

I wanted to reduce my accent because English is not my first language.

And I joined a club and I would practice

and I would be so afraid to deliver my first speech

which is called an icebreaker.

An icebreaker simply, you just kind of share a little bit of your story,

tell the other club members who you are

and kind of what you do kind of thing and I did

that and I finished it I was like so difficult and during that time Toastmasters they would

have these tiny little feedback form a little form like that we'll print out and hand out to all the

people and my club at a time had about maybe 30 people, usually attending per meeting per week.

And they would give me a little feedback on the form.

And they would say, okay, great, you should be a little bit louder,

you should move a little bit more,

maybe have more eye contacts with the audience,

so then they would get feedback,

and I'll go back and look at the feedback and improve, right?

So, and I was very dedicated.
