So I'm excited to talk today with two of the editors of the new magazine called Parapraxis, Zoe

Samudzi and M.E. O'Brien.

Our first guest is Zoe Samudzi.

Zoe is a writer and critic. She is an associate editor with Parapraxas magazine and co-author of the 2018 book, As Black as Resistance, Finding the Conditions for Liberation. Zoe, welcome to the death panel. It's so great to have you on the show. I'm really excited to be here. Thanks for the invite. And our second guest is M.E. O'Brien. Emmy is a writer and a theorist

of gender and communism. She is one of the co-editors of Pinko Magazine and she is an associate

editor of Parapraxis Magazine. She is the co-author of the speculative novel, Everything for

Everyone, an oral history of the New York Commune 2052 to 2072, and the author of the forthcoming

nonfiction book called Family Abolition, Capitalism, and the Communizing of Care that will be

out in June of this year from Pluto Press.
