0:36.7	Hello, my friends. This is Sally Clarkson, and I am so very happy that you joined me today on my podcast at Home with Sally. I have to tell you that what I'm reading to you today from my book, Well-Lived, is probably one of my very favorite stories to have lived.
0:57.3	I've gotten so many letters from so many of you who said you love the book and you love the
1:02.4	pictures even more. And now everyone's telling me they're taking a trip to Oxford. Well,
1:06.7	just wait till I get there. I want to meet you there. Anyway, I am so happy that you joined me,
1:15.2	and I've got lots of stories bubbling up in my mind and heart for the next months ahead.
1:21.0	You can see in my picture, if you're either on my blog, sallie Clarkson.com, or or Instagram or Facebook or some other place, that I am
1:30.0	wearing a hat this morning. I was a swimmer when I was growing up, and we didn't really know
1:37.1	about any sunscreen then. And so I have had lots of skin cancers removed and cut out and so on. So you'll see that I have my summer
1:48.8	hat on that I wear when I walk and I'm beginning to buy some flowers from my local store.
1:55.0	And so I was sitting outside and I just had to show you the beautiful scene that I was sitting in.
2:01.0	But this morning, as I was sitting, sipping in my Colorado home,
2:06.0	and I was praying for you because I do love to pray for the people who are on this podcast
2:12.5	and in my arena, I was really remembering a stretching time today, and it sent me to praying for you.
2:22.3	I think often as we all pour out our lives, we serve meals, we train and instruct little souls,
2:29.5	we bring order to our homes again and again.
2:32.4	We do so many different things. We drive a million places.
2:36.5	We go grocery shopping. We work on the side, whatever it is. And sometimes, and I feel like if you're
2:42.9	like me, you get used to just pressing on. You get used to just trying to muscle up and make your life count to be okay.
