Hi everyone, welcome to at home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement and I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hi my friends, it's Sally Clarkson, the frog. I welcome you to T-Time 2C today. Many of you

who have followed me over my podcast the last few weeks know that I have been struggling

with asthma and respiratory problems and there is a thought finally that you don't usually

have allergies for five months in a row. So I'm working on it. First you have to go to

a normal doctor, I've been to two normal doctors here, was it one in the States? I'm going

to a specialist if they can let me in and we'll try to figure out what in the world is going

on with my throat and my chest and my body. It's kind of interesting because they're

unusual things which I don't want to go into right now but anyway if you can bear with me

I am happier than I sound. I invite you to T-Time 2C. I always hope that on T-Time 2C

days you will take a load off that you will get a cup of something wonderful and that you'll

just take time to breathe or maybe you're driving in the car or maybe you're walking outside.

But anyway I welcome you to my T-Time 2C today. I just had the most wonderful time today.

I went with one of my clay is here which is lots of fun we're having fun but I went with one of my

kids for one of my daily walks. What I do and I think I've told you this but I usually go if my

life doesn't take me on a walk I take my life on a walk and so I usually go out into nature.

It's so beautiful right now and the sun came out this afternoon. It was cold before that but anyway I

went with one of my adult children to the parks that I always talk about and these trees are

some of them are several hundred years old but anyway we sat on a hidden bench today.
