Crazy to believe it's been 196 episodes, almost to the 200 mark. Clearly, four away.

You can do them. But this is a guide to bringing tranquility to your every day.

And today's show features me, as I mentioned, just kind of musing away on all sorts of fun things.

And I wanted to remind everyone that our Tranquilology teleclass, I took the summer off from doing one, but our fall one is right around the corner.

September 20th, I can't believe it's almost fall.

And I'm, like, so excited, especially considering my air conditioning's out.

Actually, I'm not supposed to say at.

So the air conditioning's out, shame, you know, I'm learning a few things about the beautiful French language. And apparently you don't need the at before it.

And I always forget and do it.

So anyway, yeah, it's a little toasty here, but delighted that it's below 109,

which is basically what it was throughout Texas.

So I'm excited about fall and I'm excited about sharing this seasonal teleclass with you.
