Bonjour and welcome to the 197th edition of Tranquility Dejure, a guide to bringing tranquility to your everyday.

I wanted to share and feature a couple of upcoming happenings that are right around

the corner in celebration of this new exciting season of fall. And one is our seasonal Tranquilology

teleclass. That's happening Monday, September 20th, at 9 p.m. Eastern Time. And no worries if you cannot join us live as it will be

recorded and sent out to everyone who registers. And then secondly is a new e-course that I've put

together. It's four weeks focusing on mind, body, soul, and then a combo week. And it's called the Tranquility Project. And I got the

idea based on the fabulous book, The Happiness Project. So it's exploring many, many tools of

tranquility. And that launches September 22nd. All the scoop is in the show notes. I hope those of you in
