Tranquility tip. So considering our theme this week is on do-it-yourself, projects, and

explorations and creativity, I encourage you the tip this week is to do a little bit something outside of the norm for yourself. So maybe signing up for a

sewing class, maybe trying your hand at scrapbooking, maybe breaking out those stickers you've

had and you've wanted to play with and adding them to some mailmail letters that you're going to be sending, just basically doing something

a little bit differently. And ideally, something that will brighten up someone else's day.

So maybe even knitting a scarf or beating a necklace.

Workshops and retreats, we've got a bunch of fun stuff coming up. One thing tomorrow night on July 13th.

I'm going to be doing our last event at the Tranquility Showroom. And this is on tools for
