a trans-pricing expert, but has a dedicated focus on the recent OECD and case law developments.

Jean-Philippe. So 2020 was, as I said, a very interesting year also for you. And you finalized your PhD. It was published. Congratulations with that again. And now we are also looking ahead

From an EU law perspective, Jean-Philippe, what is coming towards us?

2021 will, according to me, a very important year for Europe.

And I expect several new legislative initiatives and other important developments

in the area of taxation. In particular, regarding the following four topics. First, we have

taxing the digital economy. Second, further increased tax transparency. Third, fair taxation and tax competition.

And last, as well, there will be an increasing focus on green taxation.
