Hello everyone. Welcome to the next edition of the PWC TaxBite podcast. Today we will talk about

0:12.1

COVID and transfer pricing. Two topics linked to each other, but not easy, I think. And that's why I have

0:19.5

invited Jonas, Alexei and Stefan,

0:22.6

all part of our global tax and trans pricing team in Belgium here,

0:26.6

to have a discussion today on the latest developments there.

0:29.6

And there are some interesting documents, I understand,

1:31.1

and I mean before the BEPS era,

1:34.8

the OECD guidelines were also a consensus documents,

1:38.4

and the last version is not representing any more consensus.

1:42.2

So I think it's positive to see the OECD bringing back an unified perspective.

1:49.7

Two, the document has been published in the context of the COVID pandemic,

1:54.1

but the guidance is actually useful for many different types of disruptions in supply chain.

1:59.9

So it's good to have this guidance for the future.
