Next seminar, July 11 through the 13th, and September 12th through the 14th, and November 14th through the 16th to finish out 2025 for seminars.

We do have a few camps this weekend, April 26th in Queens, New York,

Press and Bench Press and Bench Press Camp,

another Press and Bench Press Camp in Orange County, California,

on April 26th at the Strength Co.

Denlift and Power Clean Camp, May 3rd in Columbus.

It's starting Strength Columbus in July 26th in Indianapolis.

Then a squat and Power Clean camp in Wichita Falls,

hosted by Nick and Rip. That'll be on May 10th.

And then squat and deadlift camp this weekend, Phoenix at weights and plates.

May 4th in Baltimore at 5 by 3 training and November 8th in Indianapolis.

And finally we have a couple three lift camps covering the squat, the press and deadlift.

This will be in the Czech Republic, specifically in Prague on October 11th and
