most of President Donald Trump's tariffs.

The three-judge panel said Trump doesn't have the authority to bypass Congress and introduce

the duties, because the emergency law he's using doesn't say anything about tariffs.

Right now, a 30% tariff on Chinese products has been halted.

The 25% of tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada halted.
