That was Harvard University President Alan Garber,

welcoming the 2025 graduating class

at the school's commencement ceremony.

But today's celebrations have been overshadowed by uncertainty,

and Harvard's Director of Immigration Services

says some international students were too afraid to go to the ceremony.

That's because just six miles away from campus, a federal judge was hearing a case that could decide their future, as CNN's Paula Reid explains.

That is its ability to host international students because if you're international, you need
