President Donald Trump has put 150 countries on notice.

He says trade negotiations are moving too slowly, so they have a few more weeks, but then tariffs

are going up.

It would be very fair, but we'll be telling people what they'll be paying to do business

in the United States.

Last month, Trump paused his massive, so-called reciprocal tariffs for a period that was

meant to last 90 days, to give countries time to negotiate.

But with so many looking to make trade agreements, it's a tall order for U.S. negotiators, and without those

deals, Trump could impose the original tariffs, some of which go as high as 50%, or introduce new

ones. So far, the Trump administration has announced two new frameworks for trade talks,

which led to lower duties or barriers with the UK and China. Trump's negotiators say they're in active discussions with a dozen or so countries,

and Trump says he's close to announcing several more agreements.

Well, after a lot of will-they-won't-they, Ukraine and Russia have had their first direct talks in three years.

And at the meeting in Turkey

today, they agreed to a large-scale prisoner swap, that the head of Russia's delegation says
