It's like I'm an eagle on top of a mountain and I'm soaring around and I'm looking down at my life like oh if she just shifted that over there or if she just let that go or she just took 10 minutes of day to organize her time at the beginning of the day or whatever it is.

It's like I can see it instead of just being stuck in it like, I don't know what to do.

I have a to-do list as Mountain Long and I'm trying to full laundry for four kids and I'm a single mom and I'm like freak man you know I can feel myself like nobody understands what this is like and I go straight into victim mode and I'm like nope I get to do this I'm created all this I

build a fitness business I get to have all these opportunity, instant change, right?
