If you're like me, you're busier than you've ever been and you feel at times like you're at your max capacity.

And yet, I'm going to tell you right now, you got 40% more.

How do I know? I remember sitting down with David Goggins. If you don't know who that is,

absolutely check him out today. He was telling me about the experience of going through Buds training

for Navy SEALs for his third time, third time through it because he kept

getting hurt, but he kept pushing to do more.

And when I asked him, how would you go through all of that pain, all that intensity,

all that agity, sleepless nights and more

kicking in the sand and the dirt,

and like at freezing temperatures,

he would say to me, because everybody's got 40% more in him.

And I'm like 40% more.

He's like everybody's got 40% more.

If I asked you right now to stop and go do 10 push-ups,

I'd say to you, can you give me 40% more you'd

like oh I'm so tired but you know what you'd find a way to bang out four more if I

said to you right now pick up the phone and call 10 people oh making that first phone call is so hard.

But you know, you're smart, so you do it.

But then I said, give me 40% more, just four more calls.

Once you're in it, you're in it, you always have more.

Here's my point. The world is not going to slow down.

Your capacity is not going to change. You are capable of so much more. Stop being a candy ass and do more.
