Happy Monday you all. I'm Lance Armstrong. Welcome back to my podcast, otherwise known as the forward podcast.

So we had a whole lot of feedback from last week's, I don't know what you call it,

session, podcast, interview, discussion between myself and Dylan Casey and Christian

Vanderbilt and Georgine Capian. We were all really I think let me just speak for

them we were all super excited and humbled and honored with the feedback

that we got. We know that discussion that we had may not be for everybody but overwhelmingly the feedback

was was positive and so thanks to you all for tuning in and for for giving us such

huge downloads and saying such nice things to four guys that may or may not

deserve nice things to be said to them.

But we appreciate it and thanks again. We did that podcast at the 24 hours of in the old

Pueblo which was just it took you know this is for those who didn't tune in it was a 24 hour relay on mountain bikes in the

middle you know through the night etceter bad weather cold wet and when I got back to Austin, it was literally like I had been, well, I've never been to

Mars, but I mean I've been to Europe and all around the world plenty of times, so we all,

I know and I think most of us know what jet lag is like well

this was jet lag like times 50 so yeah like you'd been to the moon or been to Mars and

back I was so out of it. I didn't know what hit me. And so I finally came

around towards the middle of the week, which of course the middle of the week, you guys did not know this I am a keen

observer of this particular holiday it was National Margarita Day and so we

went down to my buddy college's place, Lamancha, and had ourselves, you know, it's National Margarita

today, so we had, we indulged in a bit of those.

And then the next day, it's not a holiday, it's not recognized, but I've now coined it and I want to claim it that the day after is National Hangover day.
