It's funny how those things like sometimes they just make all the difference.

Then you just get into things, you know, longer holidays that are even better,

but just a little Friday or Monday off on the shoulder

just makes the weekend that much better. Hey before I get into introducing my guests, and for this week,

guest, it's not a guest, it's guess, it's plural,

there's more than one, so that's a first for me and for this podcast.

Before I get into introducing them,

I wanted to talk about something that I think some of you,

or a lot of you perhaps read about just last week.

As I mentioned, I probably mentioned a couple of times on this podcast and certainly

mentioned on my New Year's podcast.

I'm in the middle of a fairly significant, actually very significant,

legal fight with the Department of Justice and the Postal Service in Floyd Landis.

It was news, or it came out last week, that Judge Cooper in our case had rejected our motion

for summary judgment.

And I was a little surprised at how widely spread the news was, which is fine.

But I just wanted to address a few things for you guys, the loyal listeners, fans, friends.

I just want to say a couple of things.

First of all, we believe in this case from our perspective.
