Joining me today is a man that I wanted to have on the show for some time, Mr. Tanner

Guzzy, a men's style

coach and the host and founder of masculine style.com. He is the author of The Appearance of Power,

how masculinity is expressed through aesthetics, an analysis of the intersection of clothing,

aesthetics, and masculinity, and how men throughout time and across the world have used

their appearance to signal virtues like courage, strength, mastery, and honor.

So that is actually what we're going to dive into today.

We're going to talk about how masculinity is expressed through aesthetics.

And we're going to talk a little bit about historically what that's looked

like, how different archetypes within our world have dressed to express their specific

virtues, whether it's honor or mastery or strength, et cetera. And then Tanner gives some

some just sort of practical real life advice in terms of how we can

begin to dress, to use our own personal aesthetics to express who we are as men and to express

our core principles and our core values and virtues. So it's a really interesting conversation.
