Is it a really high price point for these properties? No, the average price point is probably single fams or threes, maybe. You know, we do have multifamilies that are in the fours, fives. I think it's a combination. Like, we're in a small state, so we don't have any massive competition. We are the wholesaler in Rhode Island. You know, we're on the billboards, the TV, the radio.
