but those strange children came by last night and smashed them all.

But yes, Halloween is upon us.

So depending on where you live and how you observe, happy Halloween, happy Salween, happy all saints or all souls day, and a happy Hop Tunah as well. As you know, we moved hosting providers a few months back. Our hosting provider, Acast, provides me with demographics of what countries do the most listening of our podcast. Australia comes in fifth on the list behind, surprisingly, Sweden. Didn't know we are so

popular with you Swedes, but still happy to have you with us. Recently, I learned that Halloween

has had a strange reception year to year in Australia.

There are some Australians that really, really hate Halloween.

It seems that it's either hated because it's a Christian holiday,

which, as an aside, ask an American Christian if Halloween is on the list,

see what they have to say, or the other larger reason,

Halloween wound up being understood as a sign of American imperialism, how America forces its

culture and influences on Australia, that is. I watched Crocodile Dundee and figured our two

peoples were getting on just fine, but I heard about

this and started doing some digging. I was listening to some catchy hip-hop, Usis Iggyazalia.

Huh, turns out she's white, and what's this? Australian. Well, enough of this bamboozling,

let's listen to a bit of country music to take me back to America.
