The movie that I'll mention this week is an incredibly international film. It is this year's foreign language

Oscar entry for the United Kingdoms, despite being filmed in Jordan and set in Tehran during the

Iran-Iraq War in 1988, and all the dialogue is in Farsi.

Under the Shadow is a film about a woman living with her daughter in Tehran,

constantly under the fear of being bombed, and wouldn't you know it,
