otherwise known as LSEG.

And we'll be talking today about talent and culture.

A lot of what we talked about is related to culture, but maybe we can focus a bit more specifically on that

now. What sort of culture do you want the London Stock Exchange Group to be known for? Is there

a definition of that culture and how is it evolving?

So we, again, I tell a story because I think stories help people understand how much

emphasis and importance was placed on this.

When I first joined, I think it was probably a couple of weeks after me actually joining.

I was asked to attend a meeting, which was labeled something like culture discussion, which is very strange things to do.

And you know, because very many organisations I'd worked for in the past had not placed such great emphasis on culture.

So I, of course, dial into this meeting. I didn't really dial in because it's a video call, but we still call it dial into this meeting.
